CLEVELAND, Ohio — Every year on this day, the walls between the shops, galleries and bars disappear – when the action spills out on to Waterloo Road. Yup, it’s time for Waterloo Arts Fest in Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood – noon to 7 p.m. Saturday. The block party boasts bands, performers, DJs, food and arts vendors – not to mention neighborhood pride and a chance to connect with the places injecting new life there. This year promises to be the biggest, with 40 bands and sixs DJs performing. The Beachland Ballroom, 15711 Waterloo Road, Cleveland, will debut a stage and beer garden in its parking lot.
